Please read these Terms carefully before using Helping Hand AI. By subscribing to or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between:
Helping Hand AI provides an AI-powered telephone answering and receptionist service ("the Service") which includes:
The specific features available depend on the subscription plan selected. We reserve the right to modify, update or improve the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes.
The Service is provided on a monthly subscription basis. Current pricing is:
Pricing is displayed on our website at helpinghandai.co.uk/index.html#pricing. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to existing clients.
All new clients receive a 14-day free trial. No payment is required during the trial period. At the end of the trial, the subscription will automatically commence and billing will begin unless you cancel beforehand.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. By providing payment details, you authorise us to charge the applicable monthly fee automatically on the same date each month.
If a payment fails:
Full service will be restored upon receipt of outstanding payment.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months. To cancel, contact us at info@wearecreators.co.uk.
You are responsible for providing accurate, up-to-date information for the knowledge base. We are not liable for incorrect information communicated to callers where that information was provided to us by you.
You are responsible for setting up call forwarding from your existing business number to your allocated Helping Hand AI number. We will provide instructions and support during onboarding.
You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to the Telephone Preference Service (TPS) regulations, UK GDPR, and the Data Protection Act 2018.
You must not use the Service:
The Service automatically provides a call recording notice at the start of each call. You acknowledge that:
All software, technology, AI models, interfaces, branding and content forming part of the Helping Hand AI platform are the intellectual property of WeareCreators. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any part of our platform.
You retain ownership of all content you provide to the knowledge base (menus, policies, FAQs etc.). By providing this content, you grant us a limited licence to use it solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared in connection with the Service. This obligation survives termination of the agreement.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law:
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We warrant that we will provide the Service with reasonable care and skill. However:

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if:
Upon termination, your access to the platform will be revoked and your Twilio number deactivated. Data will be retained and deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Both parties agree to comply with all applicable data protection legislation including UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Our Privacy Policy (available at helpinghandai.co.uk/privacy-policy.html) forms part of these Terms and governs how we collect, use, and protect personal data.
You acknowledge that you are an independent data controller in respect of your customers' personal data, and that you are responsible for having a lawful basis for processing such data through our Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at info@wearecreators.co.uk to resolve the matter informally before taking legal action.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
